Hello everyone! Welcome to this section of my page where I’ll be sharing my experiences in the world of DIY and restoration.

I bought a house built in the 1980s several years ago, but for various reasons, I only started improving it two years ago. As you can imagine, there’s a lot of work to do to turn it into a cozy home. To complicate matters further, when I moved in, I barely had any furniture.

Between my food photography sessions and recipe writing, I manage to dedicate time to improving this house. My strategy is simple: I buy used objects and furniture to restore, all on a very tight budget.
